Today was an easier day again, my only plan was strength training. I did r/fitness basic beginner routine and it felt nice.
Assisted Pullups (2 Green Rubber Bands)

Overhead Press
Set 1: 5x22.5kg Set 2: 5x22.5kg Set 3: 7x22.5kg
Deadlifts
Set 1: 5x47.5kg Set 2: 5x47.5kg Set 3: 8x47.5kg
